I really enjoyed the place. the staff were fantastically friendly and affable.

The staff is excellent here, the services are terrific, and location is marvellous very close to the train station in the morning, S-bahn 21 and 1 and train/ubahn. Make sure you stay in the family room for a week-good value: )

There is dust in some places.

The rooms here are compact, spotlessly clean, and come with separate beds and bathrooms, for example.

The place had a calm location near public transportation, and it was very convenient being close to the city center and major metro stops.

The room was clean with a cozy atmosphere, comfortable bed and a nice touch of having tea available.

the place was recently refurbished. the staff were mostly pleasant and excellent, especially the Turkish manager. 3. the breakfast had brilliant choices, including scrambled eggs and bacon. 4. We did not want to leave and will be returning here soon.

This hotel met expectation in every way, can recommend. We loved the central location and how tidy the place was kept. There were scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Twin room included a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, with easy access to 2 S-Bahn stations. Some main points of interest were just a short walk away, and a grocery store was close by. Rooms were clean, with nice views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was acceptable and included hot items like bacon and sausage.

The parking fee was not clearly communicated upon check-in, leading to some confusion and dissatisfaction.

There are no locker in the inner door, therefore, anyone can use key to open the door when you stay there. It's not safety, especially, a woman live there by herself.

Great value for money, especially considering it includes breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to reach all the city's landmarks quickly. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a separate bed for my youngest child and a refrigerator in the room for our week-long stay.

Right on the s1 line that goes to the airport and downtown. Excellent connections with the subway line. The room was very well heated (which is a rarity for Germany) and even though it was facing a heavily trafficked street there was no noise inside.

There was no tub, only a shower cabin in the bathroom and, one day, despite having the "Do Not Distrub" sign up, the staff was busy banging a vacuum cleaner in all the rooms around mine.
